Gavin playing basketball this past Saturday. Their first win.
I know that this is long overdue. But they did get better at diving this year and I got some video of them demonstrating their dives along with some other stuff as well. Enjoy!!
The kids opening their presents from great grandparents and grandparents in Mississippi.
Hear is Gavin singing the the children’s choir at church the evening of my ordination service. Can’t beat hearing little kids sing songs!! Very funny. I know I have another one that I need to put together that is even funnier. Maybe I can get to it soon.
Halee got $20 for her birthday and was speechless. The funny thing is that after she got it, she went to tell Gavin about it and he said, “So, do I care?” Didn’t get that part on video.
This is the video that I put together for church this past weekend, for the 30 Hours of Famine. Click through to go to vimeo to watch in HD.
Our youth group participated in the 30 Hours of Famine to raise money and awareness for those that are starving around the world. I put this together with the photos and footage that I took during the weekend.
Today Gavin accomplished the task of tying his shoe. He did it the first time by himself and was so excited he started yelling, “I did it, I tied my shoe!!!” He came up stairs and showed me how he did it. I couldn’t believe my eyes. He finally got the last part. He has been working on tying his shoes for several weeks now, but would get frustrated on getting the string through the hole for the 2nd loop. We are so proud of him. The video is really cute watcht the whole thing. This is on youtube now and I am toying with switching there since they allow HD. If you want to view the video in high def then you need to click through and go to our youtube channel.
